BRONCOCHEM Expectorant II Multi-Symptom Cough & Cold Syrup

BRONCOCHEM Expectorant II is an over-the-counter oral syrup formulated for multiple cough-and-cold symptoms. The current DailyMed label lists acetaminophen 325 mg, dextromethorphan hydrobromide 20 mg, guaifenesin 400 mg, and phenylephrine hydrochloride 10 mg per 10 mL. These ingredients provide pain and fever relief, cough suppression, expectorant action, and nasal-decongestant effects.
